Jaclyn D. Levash is an associate in the Redwood City office of Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley. Ms. Levash primarily represents insurance companies with respect to bad faith and coverage-related litigation. She also advises clients and provides coverage opinions in non-litigated matters. Ms. Levash handles a wide variety of complex coverage issues pertaining to homeowners, automobile, commercial general liability and disability insurance policies.
Prior to joining RMKB, Jaclyn was an associate at a Menlo Park, California firm specializing in insurance coverage disputes and litigation. Jaclyn’s past experience also includes commercial litigation and insurance defense work. Originally from New Jersey, Ms. Levash graduated with high honors and received her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 2006, where she double majored in philosophy and political science and minored in Spanish. Ms. Levash was also the team captain and President of the Rutgers Women's Rugby Football Club from 2006 to 2008. In 2009, Ms. Levash graduated with honors from Rutgers School of Law - Camden. During law school, Ms. Levash interned for Hon. Judge Joseph E. Irenas, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She was also an editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy and Secretary of the Women's Law Caucus.
Ms. Levash is admitted to practice in California, Pennsylvania and Arizona. In her spare time, Ms. Levash enjoys Crossfit, traveling and spending time with her family.
