Curtis' practice has included the defense of international, national and regional clients in all stages of state and federal litigation. Curtis is experienced in traditional litigation matters as well as complex mass tort and state and federal multi-district litigation. He has defended healthcare professionals in medical malpractice actions as well as medical device manufacturers and numerous automobile, motorcycle, watercraft and recreational vehicle manufacturers in a variety of high-exposure product liability actions. In addition, he has represented nationwide retail stores in premises liability matters. Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and playing golf.
