Brian is an associate at CDH Law, focusing primarily on the firm’s criminal defense practice. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hartwick College in 2015 and his Juris Doctorate from the Syracuse University College of Law in 2018.
As a law student before he joined CDH Law, Brian interned at several local law firms where he concentrated on defending Central New Yorkers accused of crimes. He also spent a semester in law school interning at Hiscock Legal Aid Society where he worked on criminal defense appeals, and two semesters as a Student Attorney with the Criminal Defense Clinic, defending individuals against misdemeanor charges. Though his focus has always been criminal defense, Brian broadened his horizons as a Student Attorney with the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic at Syracuse University, assisting Central New Yorkers as they battled the IRS, and also earned an estate planning certificate from the law school.
Brian is a native Central New Yorker, born and raised in the Syracuse area. He is an avid hockey fan and plays in local recreational leagues in his spare time. He also enjoys spending time with his dogs, Bailey and Tucker, and recently trained a seeing-eye dog for Guiding Eyes for the Blind, a local charitable organization.Brian is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
