Molly Kling Crowley

Molly Kling Crowley: Attorney with Rush, Hannula, Harkins & Kyler, L.L.P.

Associate attorney Molly Crowley has handled a variety of personal injury cases since the beginning of her legal career. She is an aggressive and compassionate attorney who advocates for the equitable resolution of her clients' cases. Molly recognizes that injured victims and their loved ones are already dealing with enough as they get medical treatment for, and adjust their lives to, their injuries. They should not have to worry about how their medical bills will be paid, how their lost wages will be covered, or how their pain and suffering will be fairly compensated. For those who have lost a loved one due to another's negligence, it can be especially difficult to manage all of these concerns. Injured victims need an attorney like Molly who will compassionately advocate for them and their cause. "As a trial attorney, I have the unique opportunity to assist injured people through this difficult time in their lives, offering my skills to help them obtain civil justice. I like to be personally available to my clients," Molly says. :And I love the work that I do. My clients have struggled with difficult challenges as the result of someone else's negligence. It can be very hard for them to accept that their lives have changed, sometimes forever, through no fault of their own. Seeing their relief and satisfaction upon the successful resolution of their cases is truly rewarding, as it is sometimes the first step in moving on with the rest of their lives." In addition to managing her own caseload and working with the firm's partners on selected cases, Molly currently serves as on the Board of Trustees of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association Bar Foundation, as well as on the PTA board at her daughter's elementary school. Molly was born and raised in Tacoma, graduating from Stadium High School in 1992. She graduated from the University of Washington (Seattle) in 1992. In 1999, she returned to Tacoma to practice law after graduating from law school in Virginia. She has two young children.
