Practice Description

Mr. Craig has extensive experience in advising public sector and private employer clients in all aspects and stages of the employment relationship, including traditional labor relations law, representation and unfair labor practice cases, collective bargaining, drafting and review of hiring procedures, application documents, immigration law compliance, and contracts, drafting, review and training in employment handbooks and policies. Mr. Craig also provides real-time advice to employers as to leave and disciplinary policies and pragmatic risk analysis of termination decisions. Additionally, Mr. Craig provides efficient management of, and representation in, all phases of individual plaintiff and class/collective action litigation brought under Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA and other federal and state employment laws as well as the enforcement of trade secret, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements.
