Joleen East



Joleen East concentrates her practice in the area of casualty litigation defending theme parks, water parks, and other businesses against premises liability, auto negligence, and various tort claims.

Prior to joining Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell, Joleen served as a law clerk for the circuit judges presiding at the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court. There, she gained experience in a wide variety of practice areas including insurance coverage matters and Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act claims.

Joleen graduated, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where she served as the Executive Acquisitions Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and competed in two national competitions on the Alternative Dispute Resolution team. Joleen graduated, magna cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Political Science and Business Law.
