A native of Tampa, Florida, Mr. Bishop attended the University of South Florida for his undergraduate studies where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. He later earned his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. While in law school, Mr. Bishop excelled, earning book awards for the highest grade in Sports Law and Entertainment Law courses.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Bishop practiced with the Tampa office of a multi-state firm providing legal services to the financial and mortgage banking industries. There he gained invaluable experience trying numerous civil cases to verdict.

Mr. Bishop is licensed to practice law in all Florida state courts.
