Mr. Preston advises clients in a broad range of corporate matters including corporate governance, partnership and stockholder agreements, business planning, contract negotiations, transactions involving the merger, sale and acquisition of businesses, indemnification and risk allocation. He assists clients with venture capital and private equity transactions. Additionally, Mr. Preston provides representation to business and individual clients in the areas of tax planning and wealth planning.
