Tim's character and ethics are absolutely of the highest order. Having worked with him several times, I know his legal abilities deserve the highest rating ("Excellent") in each of the 5 categories. Frankly, Tim is one of those lawyers you would call if you needed to talk through an important, complex issue with someone. He is a credit to our profession, and I give him my highest recommendation for a rating of "AV".
