Mr. Todd A. Sauer



Todd Sauer is an Associate in our Tampa office and practices in First-Party Property Coverage and Extra-Contractual Claims. A “double gator”, Todd earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Florida in 2011 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2014. While attending the Levin College of Law, Todd earned a Certificate of Criminal Justice, Dean’s List academic recognition, and two book awards for achieving the highest grade in both Mediation and Race, Sex, and Human Trafficking.

Prior to joining our firm, Todd served as an assistant state attorney for the 17th Judicial District. During his four years as an assistant state attorney, Todd handled hundreds of cases ranging from third-degree to first-degree felonies. He also conducted over 50 bench and jury trials. Todd was promoted multiple times, finishing his career with the State Attorney’s Office as a senior line attorney.
