While in law school, he interned at the Office of the Florida Attorney General in the Office of Statewide Prosecution and worked primarily on cases involving multi-circuit mortgage fraud and pharmaceutical adulteration under Florida’s RICO Act. As a summer associate at a prominent civil rights firm, he took part in litigation challenging Florida’s same-sex marriage ban as unconstitutional, as well as other cases involving constitutional torts, employment discrimination, and criminal appeals.
