Yvette Everhart graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2006, and cum laude from Stetson University in 2003. Ms. Everhart is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. In 2016, Ms. Everhart was recognized by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Employment Law. In 2006, she was the recipient of both The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Dean W. Gary Vause Award and the Stetson University College of Law Judge Alexander Paskay Bankruptcy Award. Yvette Everhart is a member of The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section, and their Young Lawyers Division. She is also a member of the Communications sub-committee of the Labor and Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar. Ms. Everhart is co-author of the Florida chapter of the book, Employment at Will, a State-by-State Survey published by the American Bar Association Section of Labor and Employment Law and the Bureau of National, Inc., in 2013, and each annual update. Yvette Everhart is a current member and past President of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, was President-Elect for 2011-2012, and served as Vice President of Programming in 2010-2011.
