  • On March 15, 2010, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas ordered Ralph Janvey, the court-appointed receiver, for the Stanford Group Company and related entities (the “Stanford”) to comply with a summons (attached hereto, the “IRS Summons”) by providing the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) with the identities and other identifying information of U.S. owners of Stanford accounts and certificates of deposit (“CDs”).
