  • The stimulus package includes $7.2 billion in broadband funding: $4.7 billion in grants to be distributed by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration ("NTIA") under the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program and $2.5 billion in grants, loans, and loan guarantees to be awarded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture ("USDA") under the Rural Utilities Service ("RUS") program.
