Mr. Wilson is one of less than 50 attorneys in Arizona to be certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a “specialist” in Estate and Trust Law. The State Bar of Arizona certifies attorneys as specialists in eight different areas of law who, because of experience, education, ability, training and examination have met the requirements established by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. The State Bar has over 16,000 attorneys, but less than 50 attorneys in the State of Arizona have met the qualifications necessary to be certified as an Estate and Trust Law Specialist.
Mr. Wilson has been rated “AV,” the highest rating available by Martindale-Hubbell, an independent highly respected organization that develops ratings for attorneys through the confidential solicitation of opinions from members of the Bar and Judges from around the state, utilizing both written evaluations and personal interviews. Less than 5% of attorneys have been awarded the highly coveted AV rating which provides further confirmation that Mr. Wilson’s legal skills and ethical standards are of the highest caliber and well respected among other Arizona attorneys and judges.
Mr. Wilson has significant experience serving as an expert witness in Estate and Trust Law and business transaction matters. Mr. Wilson is recognized by other attorneys and judges as an expert in Estate and Trust Law matters and he is often consulted by other attorneys requesting his advice and expert opinion in cases involving unique, highly complex or other difficult Estate and Trust Law issues.
