About our Timonium, MD: office

Kollman & Saucier, P.A., is a general civil practice law firm, concentrating in management labor and employment law. The firm provides a broad range of legal services to businesses and individuals. Although we are based in Baltimore, Maryland, our lawyers regularly handle engagements throughout the United States. In addition to its labor and employment law practice, the firm concentrates in the areas of civil litigation, transactional law, corporate law, benefit claims litigation (including ERISA litigation), occupational safety and health law, construction law, and trade association representation.

We have achieved the highest rating for legal ability in Martindale-Hubbell, and recognized in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of preeminent lawyers. We provide our clients with superior service at reasonable rates and get exceptional results. Our lawyers have worked with many of our clients for twenty years.

Kollman & Saucier attorneys represent clients anywhere they need us: before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, state insurance regulators, labor arbitrators, and, of course, in state and federal courts throughout the country.

We also provide training and advice regarding employment policies and practices. Our lawyers not only understand labor, employment, benefits and education law, we teach it around the country.

The firm represents a wide variety of businesses and associations, ranging in size from a few persons to thousands of employees, and found in all areas of the United States. In addition, the firm's clients include governmental entities and educational institutions. A list of representative clients includes Fortune 500 businesses, major manufacturers, real estate developers, insurance companies, service businesses, engineering firms, construction contractors and subcontractors, nationally recognized educational institutions, accounting firms, law firms, engineering firms, hospitals, nursing homes, medical practice groups, hotels, trade associations, newspapers, non-profit organizations, and shipping companies.

The firm currently has a staff of thirteen lawyers and four clerical employees. Both legal and support staff are devoted to prompt response to clients, and the production of quality, effective legal work at reasonable rates.
