Dan graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D., 2010) and Xavier University (B.S., Chemical Science; B.A., Spanish, 2007). Prior to joining Niehaus Kalas Hinshaw LTD, Dan served as in-house legal counsel to some of the country’s most prevalent chemical, industrial, and manufacturing companies, including Marathon Petroleum Corporation, Ashland Inc., Valvoline LLC, and General Cable Corporation. Dan is admitted to practice in Ohio. He is a member of the Toledo Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association.
