Ms. Selis is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in litigation and litigation management. She has focused her practice in the area of insurance defense litigation. Tracy is repeatedly retained to defend policyholders against plaintiff claimants and their insurance carrier itself with first-party claims. Our clients recognize us as experienced litigators with a reputation for courtroom success. Tracy assists insurance carriers and insurance parties with a wide range of matters, including: general commercial liability, personal liability, negligence defense, third party claims, subrogation, fire and casualty insurance defense and insurance fraud.

Tracy also practices in the areas of commercial litigation. Before joining the firm, Tracy was national discovery counsel in asbestos litigation and also national discovery counsel for an Ohio manufacturer.
