Harry J. Kim is a partner at Stearns Kim & Stearns, practicing in the areas of business and real estate law. Mr. Kim was part of the legacy firm of Barrett Stearns Collins Gleason and Kinney, which firm was nationally recognized in the 70's and early-mid 80's for its work with and representation of real estate developers, notably Ernest W. Hahn who is considered the pioneer of the shopping mall in Southern California.

Today, Mr. Kim continues to represent real estate developers, high net worth property owners, and an expanse other companies and individuals. Mr. Kim's practice focuses primarily on business and real estate transactions, providing counsel commercial developments, structuring and financing. He also provides estate planning services in both complex and simple matters.

Mr. Kim is an AV rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Kim received his law degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles, after attending San Francisco State College and Los Angeles State College.

Mr. Kim belongs to the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the South Bay Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all state courts of California and the U.S. Tax Court.
