Nathaniel Walden joined the Nicholas Law Firm in 2011. Nat is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Butler University and he received his Juris Doctorate from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Attorney Walden headed the firm's Social Security Disability division from 2011-2016. He successfully litigated ALJ Hearings, Appeal Council appeals and Federal District Court Appeals. He was also involved deeply in the firm's personal injury and workers' compensation practice where he litigated Formal Hearings. Though he is no longer full time staff as of 2016, he remains of counsel for the firm and assists with Administration, Marketing, Research and Social Security Appeals. He is admitted to the bar in Connecticut, Indiana and the U.S. District Court for Connecticut.
