About our Tucson, AZ: office

At Brian Clymer, Attorney at Law, we seek to help you when you need it the most. Our lawyer, Brian I. Clymer, has more than 30 years of experience in workers' compensation and SSD. Under his guidance, we provide you with personal attention, straightforward communication, honest legal advice, and compassionate representation at all stages of your case.

Every case is handled by Mr. Clymer and one of his experienced legal assistants, so there will always be someone directly in charge of your case to talk with if you have questions or concerns throughout the process.

We seek to make the workers' comp and SSD processes as easy as possible for you. We complete much of the paperwork in collaboration with you so that you do not have the added anxiety of navigating these complex systems during an already stressful time in your life. Some of the steps we can help you with include:

-Obtaining medical records for you

-When possible, meeting with at least one of the main treating physicians in your case so that we fully understand your situation

-If permitted by your physician, recording the conversation with him or her so that there is additional evidence in your case

-Assisting with all forms that are required to obtain SSD and workers' compensation benefits

-Representing you during hearings or appeals if it becomes necessary

Clients often tell us that they are hesitant to apply for SSD or workers' comp benefits because they feel like they were somehow at fault for their injuries. It is important to know that there is no reason to feel guilty about seeking SSD or workers' compensation benefits - these programs were specifically designed to assist people who are injured or disabled.
