About our Tucson, AZ: office

I began practicing law in Tucson in 1979. My wife and I raised our children in this community. My practice focuses on litigation involving serious injury and death arising from medical malpractice, vehicle accidents, slip and falls and other forms of general negligence. I am licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Arizona and have appeared in courts in each county of the state. Since 1992 I have been certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in the area of personal injury and wrongful death. I also have an “AV” peer review rating with Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest possible with respect to ethical standards and legal ability. I take great pride in the professional skills I have cultivated during my career and my clients are very important to me. I have handled hundreds of cases in my career and tried over 70 cases to a jury verdict with a favorable outcome for my clients over 90% of the time. Please contact me for a free consultation.
