He has represented numerous employers of all sizes in pre-litigation matters, as well as through litigation, when required. He, as one of the firm's top litigators, has extensive experience in general civil and personal injury matters and more complex matters involving multi-party tort claims, contract and constitutional claims. Andrew is experienced in all stages of the litigation process, including pre-trial discovery, trial preparation and motion practice in both state and Federal courts.
