Attorney Timothy P. Remick is a managing member of the law firm of Remick West-Watt, PLC. He joined the firm in 2002 after a successful private practice in Cochise County.

Mr. Remick received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1993, and is a member of the State Bars of Arizona and California. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Arizona and the Central and Eastern Districts of California, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His areas of practice include the following:

Real estate and construction legal matters, Litigation related to real estate and construction, Trustee sales
Judicial and tax lien foreclosures and forfeitures, Estate planning and probate as well as probate and trust litigation. He also represents numerous clients in their real estate transactions, from contract negotiations to closing.

With his prior professional experience, Mr. Remick is uniquely qualified to represent clients in business, real estate and construction matters. He was the qualifying party of a licensed general contractor in the State of Arizona from 1989 to 2001 and a licensed real estate salesperson in Arizona from 1992 to 1996. He is a current member of the American Bar Association Real Property, Probate and Trust section and the American Bar Association Forum on the construction industry. He also teaches continuing education courses to real estate professionals at Hogan School of Real Estate.
