Biography

Russell D. Henry joined the firm in 1998. Russ represents developers in the development and construction of affordable housing projects utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), AHP loans, HOME Partnership loans, and various other federal and state subsidized programs. Russ regularly assists families and companies with organizational, estate planning, and transition planning. He advises on the utilization of partnerships, limited liability companies, revocable and irrevocable trusts, tax planning wills, conservation easements and other planning techniques.

A native of Doerun, Georgia, Russ received his BSA degree in 1992 from the University of Georgia. In 1996, he received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree (magna cum laude) from Georgia State University.
