Jerry Giardina attended Queens College of the City University of New York where he received his undergraduate degree in 1979 and then received his Juris Doctor degree from the New England School of Law in 1982. He is licensed to practice law in New York.Mr. Giardina is a trial attorney with over 30 years of experience handling matters from the inception of the lawsuit up through and including trial. He has tried dozens of cases to verdict in New York, Queens, Bronx, and Kings Counties. His practice is primarily concentrated on the defense of medical malpractice and complex injury general liability matters. He has represented major hospitals and individual physicians in the New York Metropolitan area in cases involving a variety of complex medical issues leading to claimed catastrophic injuries.Mr. Giardina is admitted to practice in New York as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
