Chris Bungay is the firm’s founder and managing partner. He is an experienced trial lawyer. Over the past decade, he has appeared in BC’s Courts over 50 times representing injured plaintiffs and other clients. Chris is also a skilled negotiator. He has appeared in over 75 mediations, and has settled hundreds of claims on behalf of the victims of auto accidents and other disabled citizens of BC.Chris is originally from Nova Scotia, and has been a resident of BC for the past 12 years. Since he moved to the west coast, he has taken up snowboarding and surfing. He currently resides in East Vancouver where he lives with his wife, Marette, and their twin babies, Benjamin and Samantha.
