Karen has appeared as family counsel in cases before the Provincial Court, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Karen has participated with clients in mediation in resolving numerous matrimonial disputes ranging from the simple to the complex.
Karen is a member of the Family Law Subsection of the Vancouver and Canadian Bar Associations, and a member of the Trial Lawyers’ Association of British Columbia. She is a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Karen has presented on the topic of divorce and asset protection, and participated as a panel member for the presentation, “The Business of Divorce”, at the invitation of the Society of Trusts & Estates Lawyers (STEP) Vancouver.
