Wage and Hour Law in Louisville, KY

The federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) as well as state laws set baseline standards that employers must follow regarding minimum wages, overtime wages, when an employee must be paid an hourly wage (known as a "non-exempt employee") and when an employee may be paid an annual salary (known as an "exempt employee").
