Bart Springel received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (Economics concentration) from Pomona College in 2000 and his Juris Doctor from the University of California Hastings College of the Law in 2003.Mr. Springel's law practice focuses on corporate transactional matters. He is experienced in representing companies in corporate finance and M&A transactions as well as providing day-to-day legal advice and services on general corporate and securities matters, including contract drafting and negotiation.
