Brianna is a litigation associate who developed an interest in working with business owners even before law school. She is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law where she was the Development Editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal and volunteered for the Veteran’s Law Clinic.


Brianna Kohr is an associate in the Walnut Creek office of Miller Starr Regalia, where her practice is focused on litigation.

Prior to joining Miller Starr Regalia, Brianna worked as a litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. During law school, Brianna served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William Alsup of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Before law school, Brianna helped counsel small business owners through the legal formation process.
