Biography

Leslie A. Baxter is an experienced litigator in matters related to real estate and business, with more than 25 years’ experience serving the legal needs of property owners, developers, commercial lessors, lessees and business owners. Licensed to practice in California, Federal Courts and the Federal Court of Claims, she brings expertise in real estate transactions, business formation and contracts and as a skilled mediator of civil disputes. She assists commercial clients and developers with land development, and has expertise in handling appeals in both Federal and State courts, including oral argument before the State Court of Appeal and the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

A past President of the Eastern Alameda Bar Association, Leslie has been twice named one of Northern California’s “Super Lawyers,” in the areas of Real Estate Litigation and Business Law. She has earned an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. Leslie serves on the Board of an esteemed regional non-profit organization.
