Fed is a U.S.- and English-qualified shareholder, with over 20 years' experience in international capital markets, M&A and private equity transactions. He has represented issuers and investment banks in several equity and debt offerings in the Middle East, the CIS, Eastern Europe and in Latin America, as well as private equity groups, bidders and targets in multimillion-dollar corporate combinations in the CIS and Middle East.
