Experience: Construction Litigation: Particiated in the international arbitration proceedings before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, concerning a construction dispute between the investor and the former general contractor.; Participated in the litigation proceedings against General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways ( GDDKiA ).; Commercial Litigation: Participated in the series of litigations against major IT group concerning revocation and invalidity of shareholders' meetings resolutions.; Advised British Virgin Islands-based investment vehicles on their claims against Polish share market intermediaries worth approx. PLN 100 million and brought before the Polish state courts.; Participated in the series of litigations between major Polish insurance company concerning disputes with minority shareholders and former minority shareholders.; Corporate & Commercial: Participated in the work for CVC Capital Partners in the acquisition of leading convenience retailer Zabka from Mid Europa Partners.; Participated in the work for MP&Silva in connection with the sale of media rights relating to the Polish Premiere League (Ekstraklasa) in seasons 2015/2016 to 2018/2019 to the broadcasters nc+ and Eurosport. It was the largest contract ever concluded within the Polish sports media industry.; Participated in the work for BNP Paribas Group in connection with the acquisition of 90% of shares Bank Gospodarki Zywnosciowej S.A. from Rabobank. Value of the transaction was PLN 4 billion.; Participated in the work for Alior Bank in connection with the PLN 2.2 billion public offering of rights offering and issuance of new shares and the admission of the new shares to trading on the WSE.; Participated in the work for Grupa LOTOS S.A. in connection with the PLN 1 billion public offering of shares.; Participated in the work for BNP Paribas in the public offering of shares listed on the WSE. Value of the offer was PLN 231.2 million.; Participated in the work for Energa S.A. in the PLN 2.4 billion IPO on the WSE.; Participated in the work for Tele-Fonika Kable S.A. in a PLN 950 million financing and PLN 300 million bonds program.; Pro-Bono: Advising the National Museum in Warsaw on a number of contentious issues concerning certain high value collections of artifacts.
