Experience: Media & Broadcasting: Participated in the work for Discovery Polska in connection with the launch of a new TV channel (METRO) in cooperation with Agora S.A. (the execution of the Investment Agreement pursuant to which Discovery Polska acquired and subscribed for shares in Green Content sp. z o.o.).; Participated in the work for MP&Silva in connection with the sale of media rights relating to the Polish Premiere League (Ekstraklasa) in seasons 2015/2016 to 2018/2019 to the broadcasters nc+ and Eurosport. It was the largest contract ever concluded within the Polish sports media industry.; Represented Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. and Polkomtel S.A. in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in Midas S.A. in a public tender offer.; Assisted Canal+ in connection with the legal qualification of the operator's services under the telecommunications law.; FMCG: Participated in the works for CVC Capital Partners in connection with an agreement for the acquisition of Zabka Polska from Mid Europa Partners. The sale of Zabka is the largest ever transaction in the Polish food retail sector and the largest ever private equity exit in Poland.; Advised Dooney & Bourke Inc. in connection with a trademark infringement.; Advised Training Mask LLC in connection with trademark infringement.; Participated in the work for Al Raji Ekwhan Group in connection with the purchase of a Polish entity from the cosmetic industry.; Real estate: Advised Wood sp. z o.o. on the legality of processing of biometric personal data, in connection with face and finger scanning systems to be implemented at access points to the construction site.; Participated in the work for Skanska Property Poland Sp. z o.o. in connection with the company's internal sales of real estate.; Assisted Blackstone in the purchase of portfolio of 14 logistic properties from Panattoni/Standard Life and Panattoni /Parmerica; total area of 500,000 sq. meters.; Assisted in the purchase of Galeria Leszno and the extension of Twierdza Klodzko by Blackstone.; Advised Emperia Holding in connection with the sale of supermarkets chain.; Assisted in the work for Blackstone Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of retail centers in Poland.; Assisted in the work for Blackstone in connection with the 222.5 million acquisition of Legnicka Development (the owner of Magnolia Park Shopping Center in Wroclaw) from investment funds NFI Octava and Manchester Securities Corporation.; Health & Pharmaceutical: Participated in the work for Harbin Gloria Pharmaceuticals Co. in connection with the acquisition of Bioton.; Participated in the work for Enterprise Investors Corporation in the acquisition of an oncology diagnostics and therapy center CDiTO from Voxel.; Assisted in the work for one of the Polish pharmaceutical companies in a potential acquisition of Polfa Warszawa.; Banking: Participated in the work for BNP Paribas in connection with the acquisition of 90% of shares in Bank Gospodarki Zywnosciowej S.A. from Rabobank. Value of the transaction was PLN 4 billion.; Participated in the work for PKO BP Bank in connection with the acquisition of Nordea Bank Poland, Nordea Life and Nordea Finance. The value of the transaction is approx.
