Experience: Office building acquisition representation: Participated in the work for Invesco Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of the office and retail building in Poznan from the Budlex joint venture (a subsidiary of Erbud S.A. listed on the stock exchange) and a local developer.; Participated in the work for Irish investors concentrated around the Turley family in connection with the acquisition of the Stratos Office Center, an office building located in the center Warsaw from Kulczyk Silverstein Properties.; Shopping center acquisition representation: Participated in the work for Rockcastle Global Real Estate related to the acquisition of Bonarka City Center - a shopping center located in Krakow. The value of the transaction was EUR 361 million, which makes it the largest single transaction in Poland in terms of price in 2016.; Participated in the work for Invesco Real Estate in connection in various asset management aspects, including commercialization, recommercialization, refreshment and redevelopment, as well as current property management with respect to Galeria Kazimierz Shopping Center.; Participated in the due diligence process for Pradera in connection to the sale of the shopping gallery in Gniezno.; Distribution center acquisition representation: Participated in the work for Goodman on acquisition of the distribution center in Wroclaw.; Participated in the work for Hines International on acquisition of two distribution centers.; Other: Participated in the work for Nestle Polska in relation to a long-term lease agreement of the office premises.; Participated in the work for Nestle Waters on the acquisition of the land for development.; Participated in the work for NBGI Private Equity on finance of the development of the real estate in Starachowice.; Participated in the work for commercial companies and branches of the foreign investors on day-to-day corporate matters (incorporation, share transactions, transformation).; The above representations were handled by Ms. Medrzycka prior to her joining Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
