Allison E. Speaker



Allison Speaker advises clients on energy regulatory, enforcement and compliance matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state commissions. She also counsels electric cooperatives and transmission companies on a wide range of energy-related transactional matters involving natural gas, oil and electric utility issues, and assists clients with cybersecurity matters.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Allison participated in the 2014 Summer Associate program. Her previous experience includes serving as a public policy intern for Facebook and a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Jan L. Brodie of the 19th Circuit in Fairfax County, Virginia.

Selected Experience

Served as underwriters' counsel to Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the offering and issuance of more than $113 million in bonds (Seminole Electric Cooperative Inc. Project).
