Biography

Benje Selan advises multinational corporations on a wide range of federal and international tax matters arising from general business operations and complex financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, income planning and restructurings. He also counsels on tax compliance of investment income and other financial arrangements.

Benje’s past experience includes representing financial institutions, businesses and individuals in state and federal courts in all phases of litigation as well as in the areas of employment and commercial law.
