Before joining the firm, Mr. Hall clerked for the Honorable James S. Gwin on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Honorable D. Michael Fisher on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center magna cum laude, where he argued a Prison Litigation Reform Act appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He also graduated from Princeton University summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa and received a master's degree in East Asian Studies from Harvard University.
