Biography

Jim Darrow guides his corporate and financial clients in their complex transactions, especially mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and financings. Jim advises on private equity investments, bank financings and debt security offerings for business development companies (BDCs). He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured lending transactions, including leveraged buyout financing.

Before joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Jim practiced in New York and London.
