Biography

Jessie Eisenmenger counsels clients on a full range of state and local tax matters, including income, property, franchise, sales and use taxes. She also represents clients in various stages of tax compliance, planning, policy and controversy matters.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Jessie was a staff attorney for the Comptroller of Maryland, Revenue Administration Division. There, she advised on state tax revenue laws, regulations and policies.
