Dr. John Anthony Castro is an esteemed graduate of Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC where he earned a Master of Laws in Taxation with Certification in International Taxation. Dr. Castro earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from the UNM School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M International University. Dr. Castro is currently an OPM Candidate in the Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School.
