Before joining Chaikin, Sherman, Cammarata, & Siegel, P.C., Joe served as a law clerk and then associate at a nationally-recognized firm that focused primarily on medical malpractice and catastrophic injury. During his time there he worked closely with partners to obtain justice for clients that often suffered lifetime-lasting injuries through no fault of their own. Joe also co-authored an article which was published in the national magazine for the American Association of Justice.
Joe graduated from the George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal and earned the ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor & Employment Law.
Joe received his B.A. from Indiana University and prior to law school worked on presidential, congressional, and local political campaigns.
Joe is a member of the D.C. Trial Lawyers Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Maryland Association of Justice, and the American Association for Justice, and various other local bar associations.
