Marc Salvia advises insurance companies on regulatory, financing and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and complex restructurings. He also counsels clients on their general corporate governance needs.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Marc participated in the firm's Summer Associate program, where he assisted with financial services and corporate law matters. His past experience includes serving as an intern for the Honorable Allison L. Asti of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland.

Marc served several years in the United States Navy, including overseas assignments at the U.S. Navy Central Command in Manama, Bahrain and as the Operations Officer of the Legal Operations Directorate in Bagram, Afghanistan. He is currently a member of the U.S. Navy Inactive Ready Reserve.

Marc is admitted to The Maryland State Bar. He has submitted his application to The District of Columbia Bar. His work is supervised by District of Columbia Bar members.
