She also assists clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, including their capital raising efforts, initial public offerings and general corporate governance.
Before joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Patricia served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Roger W. Titus of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. As a student at Georgetown Law, Patricia founded a 5K fundraising event for special needs students and co-founded the Georgetown Law Entrepreneurship Club. Prior to entering the legal field, Patricia taught special education in Washington, D.C., and Maryland.
