Peter M. Szeremeta



Peter Szeremeta advises clients on their various business and complex commercial litigation matters, with an emphasis on securities litigation and enforcement, financial services and professional liability. He also counsels investment advisers and broker-dealers on internal investigations.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Peter was a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert S. Ballou of the Western District of Virginia. His previous experience includes interning for the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office and working as a Teach for America corps member and lead teacher at KIPP WAYS Academy.

Selected Experience

Represents an agricultural producer in nationwide antitrust class action litigation involving allegations of price-fixing and supply restrictions.
