Biography

Christian Walker represents corporate clients in the areas of securities, finance and corporate governance. His practice focuses on advising public and private companies and funds, such as business development companies, on public and private debt and equity offerings, secured debt financings, ongoing US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and securities law compliance, and other transactional matters.

Before relocating to Washington, D.C., and joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Christian practiced in Wilmington, Delaware, where he represented clients in corporate and alternative entity litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery. He also counseled corporations and directors on fiduciary duties and corporate governance matters, including with respect to internal investigations and mergers and acquisitions.
