Samir Alfonso Aguirre represents corporate clients in complex civil litigation, including unclaimed property audits, corporate disclosure and regulatory compliance, and general liability insurance defense. Samir represents his clients in state and federal courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Samir was an associate with a regional law firm in Baltimore, Maryland. There, Samir counseled Fortune 500 corporations and manufacturers in the areas of products liability (toxic tort and consumer product safety). Samir also possesses experience representing corporations and insurance companies in the areas of complex tort defense, employment discrimination, professional liability and catastrophic loss (construction).
