Biography

Stephanie Do advises clients in a full range of state and local tax matters. She counsels clients in state and local income, franchise, sales and use, and property tax. Stephanie also advises on income and franchise tax restructuring, developing tax strategies, and sales and use tax taxability analysis, as well as state and local controversy management.

Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland (US), Stephanie was a senior associate at a large, international accounting firm, where she provided general state tax consulting services. There, her practice included advising clients on state and local tax issues associated with tax planning and refund opportunities, administrative tax controversies, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
