Biography

Taylor Kiessig advises clients on federal and international tax planning and transactions and the taxation of financial products.

With more than a decade of experience, Taylor Kiessig advises clients on US federal and international tax planning and the taxation of financial products. Taylor assists clients in planning and restructuring in an evolving international tax landscape, advising on US tax reform as well as changes in non-US tax laws. He works with clients to structure and negotiate domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of stock and assets, mergers and joint ventures. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, Taylor was an associate with a law firm in Washington DC, where he structured and negotiated domestic and cross-border taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions and other transactions.
